I had an account that. Was handed over okay so i settled it now its quite a nightmare getting a paid up letter.. Getting told to call vvm to norman bisset associates and then referred back to wonga i paid the account now its becoming such a hassle getting a letter (drained)

We have reviewed what transpired on your Wonga account and can confirm
your account has been ceded to Norman Bisset & Associates.
Your account is no longer being managed by Wonga.
If you settled your loan with our debt collections agency, the payment will be paid over
to Norman Bisset & Associates and they will liaise directly with you and action your
request for a paid up letter should your full balance be paid with them.
Once your payment has updated, will they send an update request to have your ITC profile updated.
