Unable to edit profile

To whom it may Concern, I needed a very small short term loan of R400, to complete the application i needed to update some information, not realizing that i needed to review all details on my account, i continued with the application, it was denied because of these details but when trying to update them i was given a message saying that i can only make changes once a day, i then got in contact with the service desk for assistance who told me that its now 30 days that this information cant be updated for and theres nothing they can do for me, Wheres the ease of access or the ...\ Need a loan fast"its a lie and ill make sure i tell everyone"
