They will keep you in debt!!!

I will advise that no one supports WONGA at all.

I was retrenched just after taking out a loan with them(October 2017). I immediately informed Wonga so that I can arrange payment as per their agreement. They took 3 months to respond to me. They responded as well as two other collections companies representing collection for Wonga. Wonga then agreed to let me work out the payments with them, I agreed to put in the debit order in starting the end February 2018. They even confirmed that they have recordings of this agreement per telephone. I had 6 months to pay off the debt and I agreed to the amount and the 6-month debit order.

Only one Debit Order went off. Again I informed Wonga in March the debit order did not Go off as agreed... Back and forth it went the same story every month and they have now failed gloriously to take the money back (March, April, May, June, July, and August).

I have notified them each time and have asked for their banking details so that I can make the payments, till this date the amount has reflected negatively on my credit score as this account remains outstanding, I have spent a lot of time to get this resolved and almost a year later no success.

I am still waiting for them to contact me on emails I sent out at the beginning of September 2018.

DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!
