We sincerely apologise for the delay in actioning your Do Not Relend (DNR) request. We can see the previous emails you sent requesting this, and we are investigating why your request was not actioned sooner. We understand why this experience left you feeling frustrated and concerned.
We would also like to reassure you that Wonga does not aim to create financial dependency. We encourage responsible financial decisions and exist to assist customers with unexpected financial needs where borrowing is appropriate and affordable.
We can now confirm that the DNR status has been successfully app**** to your account, meaning you will no longer be able to take out further loans with us.
We respect and commend the decision you have made to take greater control of your financial journey. It is a positive step, and we sincerely wish you all the best going forward.
Thank you for raising this with us and giving us the opportunity to address it.
Kind regards,
Wonga
