Thevies of Wonga with Illiterate staff

Stupidity of Wonga staff not understanding nor fulfilling clients request. I have been emailing many requests for Illiterates of Wonga to resolve my issue but they don't care. All they job and intention is to nag customers for repayment. If an Educated person can call and resolve my issue, this account would be closed before end of February, otherwise they can F.... themselves. ***
