The Good and Bad of the Loans
I have mixed feelings about them, I am trying to build my credit score so I took their loans to pay my study fees. Due to this interest I have also been monitoring how it is. So I picked up a few things, on your credit report your settled loans will stay on your record even after you have paid up your settlement. I hate that it reflects that way and after calling them they referred me to TransUnion which I am not happy about. After building my trust rating with them I have to say their response is quicker in issuing the money but poor when you want to settle your account early that is the second point.
I repeatedly had to set up my debit orders and they would miss them which is plainly inconvenient. I then resorted to process the payment using Easypay which I only got responded to after I have launched an enquiry into the payment.
It would be lovely if we could have a direct payment structure because these other ones involves a bigger risk for errors. A direct bank account would be appreciated.
Please practice caution when dealing with Wonga for boosting your rating.
