I was so frustrated by the agents from Wonga but I spoke to this agent named Nolundi I didn't get the surname but she managed to explain to me that my loan is paid in full so that why I won't be getting a refund instead I must apply another loan in a very good manner, Wonga should get more agent like Nolundi to make our life easy, people that love they job
