Terrible service

Wonga customer service is terrible, I can not go through their call center. Very useless. I send emails they keep directing new to the call center with no assistance whatsoever, they want us to support them but they do not. I asked them to call me since I have trouble getting to them.. But still no help. *** is my number you call me. Why is it so hard to update my lost number
