Terrible Customer Experience

Terrible experience, my application was approved 2days ago during the week before 3pm and till today thefunds were never received. At first they said a debicheck was sent to me but it was not showing on my App. I have sent numerous emails and there is no response, I have also phoned and they don't answer any call
