Taking a loan with Wonga is like shooting yourself in the a**

I wish I could give a 0 rating. Wonga is the worst loan provider. My nightmare experience started first when they double debited me and after costly phone calls back anemia forth they eventually refunded after 2 weeks as if I didn’t need they money for other commitments. My latest nightmare is the negative listing on My ITC. I paid OCT AND NOV installments on time yet on my credit profile it shows as a non payment for both months. When I call them they said they are aware of the issue are I should wait 30 days for it to be corrected as they can see payments. The tune has now changed as they said the account is closed and there is no further action to be taken which is **** as I fulfilled my obligations of paying on the each month on the 25th yet their incompetence is resulting in my credit score dropping drastically,! It is disgusting what they are doing to me!
