STILL NO PAID UP LETTER

I've been asking for a paid up letter from you since July. I have sent multiple emails requesting the same. When logging into your site it states no letter available. This was paid in 2014 already.

I have posted a review on this platform to which you rep**** asking for my details (which was included in the private section). As I received a response I took down the bad review and sent another email with all the requested detail.

STILL NOTHING FROM YOU! This review will stay.
