Sold Paid account to 3rd Party
You have sold my paid up account that has been paid in full January 2021 via VVM to Nimble. The paid up letter has been provide to you on numerous occasion but still you have proceeded to sell my account. I have lost 40 points on my credit score this month due to your lack of communication. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be rectify asap.
