Sold my account but still threatens me with legal action.
I took out a loan with Wonga in December and unfortunately due to work disputes I could not make a payment on my account. Within 2 days of not making payment I got an SMS stating that my account has been handed over to Blake and Associates. One of the people there gave me a call and came up with a payment arrangements that I can handle. Tell me why I am I getting communication from you guys telling me that my account is in arrears and I should pay up or face legal action. Are you guys even aware of the agreement Blake and I did? FIX THIS!

We are sorry that you are not happy with our service and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Kindly be advised that according to our records your loan has not been sold and is still with our collection agency Blake & Associates.
Please note that our Wonga loans are eventually sold and ceded if not settled within a set period, you will be informed by Blake & Associates if your loan is at risk of being sold if not settled.
