Shameless deduction

I checked my account on Saturday and saw a bounced debit order fee from Wonga and my salary payment date is the 25th. I went to my emails and saw the correspondence about deducting early but how can this be imposed on me when my company doesn’t pay me on the 12th. I sent an email and the response is that it’s too late and they will track my account for 10 days of which there will be no money AS I AM NOT PAID YET. This is totally u fair and I must incur the bounced debit order fees and for this to affect my credit record. I will definitely be escalating this unfair service.
