<div>Hi there, I made a payment of R4755,95 8:35 today which was my settlement balance. As my capitec account has a hold so I used my FNB account. Will this affect my next loan request?? As I normally send out my Capitec statements. ID number *** email ***.</div>

I have settled my balance of R4755.95 yesterday but you guys proceeded to debit R2455,66 today. I would like a refund please. I have emailed your customer service department, thank you
