Settlement Discount ****!!!
I paid off my loan after getting a 60% settlement discount, now I’m still getting statements saying that I’m in arrears and I’ve been handed over to their lawyers. On my Wonga portal it says I’m still owing! Fix this *******! Both you and your debt collectors!

30 May 2025, 14:35Months later, Wonga still refuses to tell credit bureau that my loan account with them are closed. I’m unable to take credit with other institutions due to this situation. I’ll have no choice but to take this up with the Ombudsman. I’m tired of this up and down!!!
