I am so annoyed with wonga’s replying system because i dont know how many times i had to phone them they only phoned me once about the situation. Emails doesnt even get a reply, nothing. I was contacted by someone claiming to be from my service provider because i was in a dispute with them about a refund. Then this people ended up making a loan at wonga on my name using my bank account now wonga is deducting money from my account even though i contacted them as soon as it happened they are telling me now that they need to get a reply from the bank that these ******** were using. A MONTH AGO that shouldve been sorted!!! And they cant give me the contract so that i can give it to the police because its not my wonga account. But its my account where you are deducting from. I want to be credited. I dont know how you are gonna get your money back but not from me you shouldve seen that in not even in the means according to my affordability and your security is bad how can you just give people loans over the phone without doing proper credit checks. I want feedback from wonga asap because this is ridiculous ive got my own things to pay and now i cant because wonga deducted all my money
