So l paid off my loan but now that l logged in to check if my profile has been updated. No, it wasn't instead there is an outstanding payment with a new payment agreement date. I know nothing of the current loan , never app**** for it never got the money for it. Tried calling wonga l get no response calls keep ringing endlessly.. Emails no one has bothered to respond to them.
Why on earth should l repay money l never received or even app**** for . This is so annoying.
