RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK! TAKING WONGA LOAN IS A SENTENCE!
They **** once again and refuse to remove the debt off my credit profile. I paid settlement balance in January 2025, after 30 business days it has still not been sorted. I regret the day I app**** for their loan!!! These fools sent me a paid up letter yet they dispute that my debt is settled. Norman and Wonga keep sending me back and forth!

03 Nov 2025, 12:47I’ve sent the Paid Up Letter and Proof of Payment countless times via email the entire year and I’ve called your customer care line. The Ombudsman will help me sort this as January is approaching (1 year) without you resolving this
