Rude and very bad services

i called on the 15th of February 2024, spoke to a agent who was very rude refused to assist me and when i requested a team leader she told me to hang up and call again becuase she wont do so, and just muted the call. It is so embarssing that people will play with they job oppotunity while there are peole looking for jobs
