I dont understand why one needs to write a review on Hellopeter in order to revoke a response from companies. Why do you employ people that send out generic canned responses that has no relationship towards the actual query? Trust in your robots to not read their queries. Do you people sit on your asses at your desk job to apply macros to every scenario??? Please man, customer service is the backbone of any company.

Please dont call me to ask me to "re-rate your service" this was done on the last inquiry. I was told to rerate their service. Unfortunately, I will not be doing it this time around
