Right or Wonga
We all receive spam and it can be unwanted, irritating and even invasive. Usually we delete it and move on.<br> <br> My complaint is twofold: (1) Over a protracted period, despite numerous attempts to change it, I have received unsolicited loan spam from Wonga

Thanks for your message. The messages you are receiving are from a **** operation that is impersonating the Wonga name. As a business we do not engage in unsolicited direct marketing with consumers. You will have also noticed that the email address these message are coming from are not from @Wonga.com as well.
Apologies for the disruption and invasion of your privacy. The various ****s are beyond our control in terms of when and who the messages are sent. We are working with a number of investigators and the police in tracking down and blocking numbers and emails addresses as they are reported to us. I will send your message on to our ***** team.
