Ridiculous customer service!!!

I’ve been trying to get hold of Wonga for several days now, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone. I’ve called multiple times and also sent emails, but there’s been no response. This is very frustrating as I urgently need assistance with my account. I would really appreciate it if someone from Wonga could contact me as soon as possible.
