Request for Paid-Up Letter

I have been requesting for someone to please send me a paid-up letter. I've contacted you guys over Facebook, I got a response to request it from the call center, However every time I call the call center I get a response that my account is not on the system nor are my details. Please assist I urgently need a paid-up letter to clear my ITC report.
