Repayment Plan

<p>I am not happy with wonga. I took a loan with you and I was suppose to pay on 29th december but I couldnt cause I was ****** at an ATM. I sent an email to wonga collections and no respond I sent another one today which is 05/01/2017 no response still. My reason for this mails I have been sending is because I wanted to make repayment options. Today I got a call fm you askng me why I havent payed they said they never received my emails, and the 0861 number takes for ever and airtime runs out without even going through. I cant repay all the money because of what happened in December has put strain on my finances.</p> <p> </p> <p>So the person called today and I asked to make repayment arrangment I was told they cant because there is a debit order that is currently pending my question is how long will it pend cause there is no money there in my account and the account is currently not working.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please stop sending information to my private emails I never gave any wonga team my personal email except my rocketmail email and gmail email.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly get back to me with feedback if you willing to help, cause I wanna pay you back not run away.</p>
