Repayment not updated!!!

I borrowed R5500 which i was supposed to repay over two months. The first payment went through without hiccups on the 25th of June 2020. The second and last payment amounting to R3266. 70 was deducted from my FNB account on 25th of July 2020. My bank account shows that the payment was transferred into Wonga ABSA account Suprisingly, my Wonga Online Account shows that the repayment was declined by my bank and is now overdue. It states that i owe R 3269.85 as of the 26th of July 2020. It further states that I'm now in default and interest is continuing to accrue on the outstanding amount. May you please rectify the problem before it affects my credit rating. May you also provide me with a Paid Up letter. My LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER is ***.
