Refund received

I would like to commend Chad at the Call Centre for keeping his word and ensuring that I receive my refund timeously. Much appreciated. I only wish there were more staff as dedicated as you. Chad was very patient and polite despite the fact that I was being exceptionally difficult about receiving my refund.<br> Thank you Chad!
