refund of money paid for administration fees

On the 09 December 2014, I send by fax a loan application to Wonga Finance SA(Pty) Ltd with Company no *** registered Credit Provider,NCRCP5033,Cwdfc.
It was a loan of R80 000 with repayment of R1 455.34 per month for 60 months. It was approved but I had to pay R3 950.00, of which I had to in their attorneys account.
I deposited it in their attorneys account MS F Mabongo on the 19 December 2014 and I phoned them and confirmed that they received it. I kept on phoning asking when I'm getting money
Since they said within 24hrs until on 22 Decemcer 2014 they send me a letter to show me that they transferred it but they don't know why its delaying. I kept on waiting.
On the 6 January 2015 I send an sms again and then they told me there was a problem with the transfer made to my bank, their account department is requesting R5000 for
The transfer charges and I told them wont be able to pay it, it was not our agreement, they must just pay the R3950.00 that I paid to them and cancel the agreement we had. Since then they are avoiding
My calls and not responding to my emails and smses.
Can you please help me get my money back
