Refund my money

Please refund me my money , firstly we have an agreement that you should debit my account on the 28 of every month but however you started tracking my account from the 14th of December , I don't understand why do we have an agreement if you going to do as you please in my account .

Okay as if that was not enough , you took me to blake, they called in arranged for another date of payment of which was for the 23rd of December fine , Blake went into my account and debited on the 23rd as per agreement and you guys went ahead to debit me again why I don't understand , as per our agreement you are suppose to debit me a sum of 1444 in my account but why am I being debited twice ?

I've called in to blake and Wonga and was advised to send my bank statement showing the two debit orders that went off , I did but no one acknowledge my email and my money has not been refunded and it's been over 48 hours , it's been a week now .

Please refund me my money . No matter how small the money may be, is valuable to the owner.
