Promise was not houred

I referred a friend to Wonga for a loan then I received an email to say they will pay me R150 for that,I was so happy.I never received that money I enquired with them with no luck final they said that person was their customer all along I asked so why did you sent an email to thank me and say money will soon be in my account.No luck.I think that was just their marketing strategy nothing more nothing less<br> <br> Wonga called and took my banking details still waiting for the money to be deposited...
