i don't understand why you are the only institution that does not allow for an update of debit order details and debit order dates. some of us have to change our banking details and salary dates change based on circumstances and you are unwilling to update my debit order details which will affect my credit report. you cannot force people to settle in full as the only alternative to changing debit order details. this is stupid and highly *********
i have used Wonga services multiple times and have never had any issues but now i will be forced to report this with the regulator and ombud if you do not action this request.

We are sorry to learn that you are not happy with our service and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We do not offer extensions or debit date changes on your Wonga loan repayment.
If your circumstances have changed, we may be able to set up a repayment arrangement with you; however, we will continue to monitor your account and one of our Debt Collection Agency’s will notify you of the missed payment in order to make further payment arrangements for collection on a different date.
Please keep in mind that our automated collection system will still attempt to collect from your bank on the agreed upon due date.
