Problematic refund
I never had any issue with wonga, but I paid of the balance of my loan with instant eft on 21/02 and wonga proceeded to debit me on 24/02, I have sent numerous emails regarding this matter but I have not received any reply, my statement reflects the instant eft payment that I made and now my balance is positive 950
