Prescription Letter for Presrcibed account
Wonga is collecting on prescribed account my account is prescribed and Pioneer Debt Solutions sent them 17w form on the 7th October 2017 Wonga is saying they got the email on the 18th May 2019. Two months before Prescription.
Pioneer debt solutions sent me proof that they sent an email to Wonga but Wonga is constantly failing to send me that letter or email received on the 18 May 2019. I spoke to their clueless agents Roseann,Sandiswa Ludidi and Khanyo who said my prescription letter will be sent.
This account is not even on my credit report. Send my Prescription Letter please.

debt councilor on the 19th of May 2019 and your documents
was attached to your account the same day.
Our findings is that your loan is not prescribed and a prescription
letter will not be sent until your current loan is repaid in full and a paid up letter
will be issued.
