Poor service still waiting for my refund

Wonga deducted money from my account even though I had already paid using a different bank account. This caused unnecessary financial stress. I have tried several times to contact them about my refund, but I am not being taken seriously. Their responses are slow and unhelpful. I am still waiting for my money and proper assistance. Very disappointing service from a financial company. Be cautious when dealing with them.
