Poor service on refund request

Very devastating experience. I took out a short term loan from Wonga in Dec 2023 and paid/settled it off on the 15 February 2024. However Wonga is still deducting money from my bank. I have called several times to request for refund but their *********** staff continues to shock me with poor service. No communication, no clear direction.
