Poor service
I had a loan with Wonga and need a paid up letter from them. 3 years after the loan was settled suddenly there is an outstanding amount , but I was never contacted to be informed there is an outstanding balance now they want me to pay the original loan amount again. I asked for a detailed statement that shows how they got to this balance , but this is a nightmare . You would think that a company in financial industry has processes in place deal swiftly with these matters . I need this letter so I can get my clearance certificate.
