POOR SERVICE!

I MADE a payment with wonga however it's showing that I'm owing. I have sent lots and lots of emails but I haven't receive any response, even called them no one is picking the damn calls. I'm extremely disappointed and upset I have never experience such in my entire life. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will never ever do business with wonga ever again.
