Poor Customer Service Help Line

I have been trying to get a hold of Wonga's customer service / ***** department via phone call as I believe someone is using my identity and documents to apply for a loan using Wonga (I have a credit report to prove this).

But the phone keeps ringing and ringing without answer. I have already sent an email but this is an extremely urgent matter!

Please, Wonga, contact me urgently
