Poor client servise
We have been clients of Wonga for very long but for some reason we just cant get a loan from you guys even though we according to your website is trusted customers

Thanks for your message. Due to the recent amendments to the National Credit Act, we have tightened our lending criteria which takes into account your entire financial picture. This includes outstanding bank loans, retail and credit card repayment and other debt incurred. If you are being declined, our system is picking up that your loan repayment exceeds your disposable cash which goes against your affordability assessment.
Please try again for a lower loan amount within your budget and affordability.
