Poor business practice

I'm not happy at all with Wonga. I've been sending emails to request for a paid up letter of a loan that I settled but somehow still shows on my credit record.Their communication and customer service is very appalling. You'd send multiple emails and they wouldn't even bother to reply. I even doubt if their emails are operational.
