Payment made doesn't update

<p>Pathetic service from wonga that shouldn't qualify to be financial institution they handed me to LGR attoneys I paid the money in full and even send them proof of payment for them to update my credit status and I requested a paid up letter I have been calling and sending emails andtill today I havent got anything I paid the acc on the 23rd may full amount to lgr attoneys account I want them to update it onwonga website that I paid and I want paid up letter plzzzz</p>
