Pay wonga to be declined the next time you apply

i app**** for loan with wonga has been really helping out i recommended a lot of my friends and family, i paid up to date , i then app**** for a two month loan paid it up and paid the remaining month with the last money i had to obtain a good credit score since i dont have any accounts at all to boost my credit score, i later then app**** for another loan , while it was in the process of completing the terms and conditions i was disconnected to a low battery i retried and was declined then i was told to give it a day it was declined, then a week then two weeks so u pay wonga to be declined can nay sort this out ?
