Pathetic Service from customer service!!

It has been exactly 13 days since I have not received feedback from Customer care @Wonga Loans, this is rather pathetic service. I always pay my loan on time, now you deduct payments, when my account was paid in full beforehand. A payment of R499 was deducted, although my loan was repaid sooner.

Please get back to me as soon as possible, money don't grow on trees, yet you expect us as clients to repay you every month but look at what you have done. Been emailing since 01 June 2024 and yet no replies!!
