Pathetic customer service !

There is a credit due to me from an existing matter. I have given WONGA all the information to expedite my refunds and this matter is still outstanding. The person dealing with this issue is Ayesha. Seems like ONLY Ayesha can solve this matter out of an entire company. Only 1 special person has the tools and knowledge and system. Ayesha can never be reached, you leave messages for her she does not get back to you. Ayesha is on a very LONG break OR Ayesha has the privilege to pick and choose when she wants to resolve matters. This is BULL**** ! WONGA owes me money. I want it just like how you want your money. You OWE me now pay me. This matter is running for years. This is a complete **** show on how queries get resolved IF they even do. That phone will ring and ring and ring until it gets answered to be passed around to further your frustration. Since Ayesha is an exclusive employee get me somebody who can resolve my issue give my money and you can **** off and I get on with my life.
