Paid up loan but i am handed over to lawyers

I took a loan with Wonga and as a result of unforeseen circumstances I defaulted but I made an arrangement through a phone call to catch up on my payments. I was even offered lower payment and I have a record of this payment. I have just been handed over now to law firm whereas I paid up the amount.
