Paid up letter from WONGA

Hello Peter

I have a problem of getting my paid up letter from Wonga, I have sent Wonga (Sindisiwa Ludidi) a paid up letter after she sent me the settlement amount. When I follow up with her she is no longer responding to my emails. I called the call centre but no one is able to send me the letter. Please help.
