PAID UP LETTER AND CLEAR ITC

Good morning Hellopeter. Firstly i would like to thank you for helping us when we have some problems with our account.Kindly assist,I have an account with Wonga and last month i received a call from their attorneys regarding the payment arrangements.They offered me the 40%settlement from the money owing and i told them to debit all the money on the 28/08/2015.The debit order went off successfully.On the 30 i called wonga to let them know that my account is been settled and they must sent me the paid up letter and i want my ITC to be cleared. WONGA SAID THEY CANNOT HELP ME.They said i must call the attorney.i called the attorney and they said they will send me the letter till today they didn't. This morning i called they and their phone is on voice mail and i called wonga again,spoke to Domnic and he said he cannot help me.All i need is the paid up letter and my account to be cleared on ITC. Yous assistance on the matter will be highly appreciated.Thanks.
