Paid up letter

Seems that this is the fastest way to get a response from wonga.

I had a loan with them starting December 2024 I Defaulted and my account was handed over to Blake's & associates in April 2025 by April 30th 2025 I had paid Blake's & associates ( I have proof of this) May 2025 wonga *******ly resold the debt to the nimble group it has now been 8 months of back and forth with wonga and Blake's (they have escalated numerous times) I was on a call with a wonga agent in December 2025 and was advised within 48hours I will be receiving a paid up letter to this date I have not received it. I have sent countless emails I have even emailed the proof screenshots of them handing me over debit order with Blake's and associates even a bank statement showing the proof of this transaction, yet all I get is an automated 48hour response. So please @wonga do the right thing and provide me with the paid up letter
