14 May 2021, 14:46Hi Julian,
We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We have investigated what transpired on your account and
can confirm that due to your account being flagged that you are currently
under debt review we cannot assist you.
Wonga abides by the rules and regulations set out by the NCA
that states if you are under debt review, we can only assist your debt
councilor and cannot liaise with you at all.
If you are no longer under debt review we require a 17.W or a
clearance certificate stating you are no longer under debt review.
We have escalated your details to HTN attorneys that deals with all
Wonga's debt review clients and we have requested that they
contact your debt councilor directly.
Thank you for your patience.
The Wonga Team.
