Paid up Letter

I have been requesting a paid up letter as well as confirmation that my ITC is updated to no joy. i called in last week to request a balance to settle, my calls went unanswered. I resorted to e-mail to get a stupid reply telling me to call in. expressed my dissatisfaction on the survey, and i had a gentlemen call me to follow up on the poor rating i had provided. at the end of the call he asked me if there was anything else he could assist me with and i told him about my mail requesting a paid up letter as well as confirmation that my ITC was updated, to this day im still waiting. This is pathetic service.
